Update on 10/29- Please arrive at 5:30pm the day of the event. A simple job will be assigned- mostly it will be help guiding people along the racing route and helping with check-in.
I am looking for a back-up person to sing the national anthem in case the person I have lined up is unable to arrive. I am also looking for a couple of bikers to lead the race. If you can help with either of these- please email me directly.
About the event: This is a 1 mile 5 K event for all ages and abilities. It is at dusk so bring your glow and volunteer or participate in this Winona ORC fundraiser. All ages and abilities are welcomed- it is a run, walk, or roll event. We have some volunteer needs during the event, help with racer bags a few days before, set up and bag pick up day of, and MOST of all recruitment of participants. If it is allowed- I am happy to give volunteer hours for recruiting and helping get people signed up. Please post on your socials. Feel free to repost our fb post.
