Winona Public Library is a historic building with many unique features like glass floors and stained glass ceilings. It's the oldest library in the state of Minnesota still operating in the same building. Winona Public Library strives to provide a shared space for free and equitable access to materials, experiences, and community. Using our unique position in the community, we leverage our resources to create positive influence in our community. We are committed to providing a communal space and open access to library resources which interest, inform, and enlighten all people in our community.
