Semcac

Semcac is a nonprofit Community Action Agency serving southeastern Minnesota in the counties of Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Mower, Steele and Winona. We work alongside individuals, families, and communities to reduce the impacts of poverty, meet basic needs, and create opportunities for stability and growth.

We provide programs and services that support housing, energy assistance, transportation, Head Start, food access, senior services, and more—helping people reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
