At PossAbilities, we create opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to contribute to and connect with the community.
Our vision is that people with disabilities are thriving, valued, and engaged community members. Our community is vibrant, inclusive, and advocates for all of its members.
We create opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to contribute to and connect with the community through three types of service: Day Services, Home and Community Based, and Employment Services.
Day services include Life Enrichment, STARS, and ArtAbilities which are designed for adults with disabilities seeking connection and engagement. The programs foster meaningful relationships and enhance personal growth through group activities tailored to individual interests. Participants explore lifelong skills, boost confidence, and strengthen social capabilities while actively integrating into their community.
The home-based services provide essential support for individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Our employment services assist youth and adults who identify as having a disability navigate their pathway in finding and retaining competitive integrated employment in the community. Our goal is to find each person meaningful careers that focus on their abilities.
