Visit Winona

Our mission at Visit Winona is to strengthen the Winona economy by collaborating with community partners to promote Winona as a premiere travel destination.

Visit Winona is a 501.c6 nonprofit organization that serves as the destination management force for Winona and the surrounding area that extends for approximately 20 miles into the bluff country region. We are funded by a local lodging tax plus grants, partnership revenue and sales of Visitor Center merchandise. We have more than 170 partner businesses and organizations that support our marketing efforts, generally within a boundary of 20 miles with a handful of outliers that are significant attractions in this region.
