Our non-profit organization aims to promote health and wellness while raising awareness for youth mental health through inclusive events for all ages. Our goal is to raise funds for programs and scholarships dedicated to providing essential services in youth mental healthcare. We strive to create a welcoming and positive community with a focus on mental health, physical activity, and giving back to others.

Storm Sporting Events is a nonprofit organization that creates inclusive endurance events—like triathlons and trail races—to promote health, wellness, and community connection. Proceeds from these events support youth mental health programs and fund scholarships for students pursuing careers in the mental health field. Our Events Include: Trinona Triathlon (Winona, MN) Chisago Lakes Triathlon (Chisago City, MN) Storm the Park – Trail race at Whitewater State Park Storm the Bluff – Trail race in Winona, MN Storm the Farm – Trail race at Briggs Outdoors in Elba, MN Storm the Woods – Trail race at Chester Woods Park (coming in 2026) Trinona Kids Triathlon Chisago Kids Triathlon Each event is designed to welcome athletes of all ages and experience levels while raising awareness and funds for youth mental health.
