The Winona Creators Collective is a collaborative multidisciplinary space for artists, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in creating, regardless of background. We serve the needs of the greater Winona community by providing access to specialized tools, arts & STEM education, and mentorship opportunities, to uplift the local economy and foster the joy of making.
What We Do
We're opening a community makerspace in Winona in late 2025. Our space will be a community workshop with shared tools - from table saws and joiners, to 3d printers and embroidery machines, and everything in between for working with wood, metal, fabric, and electronics. Imagine your high school woodshop reimagined like a gym!
We're running events around Winona to provide STEM and art education and outreach as we fundraise and prepare to open the site. We also run fix-it clinics every other month where volunteers help fix items for community members, keeping them out of the trash.
